Understanding The Woosa Free Trial
You may return the Woosa mattress within the first 100 days from the date of delivery.
You may return the Woosa Pillow within the first 30 days from the delivery.
You may return the Woosa Adjustable Base within the first 30 days from the delivery.
We recommend sleeping on your Woosa mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to properly adjust to the pressure-reliving properties of the mattress. For our pillow, especially for users changing from a down pillow, we recommend giving yourself at least 7 days to adjust to the plush supportive properties of the Woosa Pillow
You may cancel an order any time prior to delivery. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account. If you purchased a mattress using a discount code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if the mattress is returned.
Gifts with Purchases (GWP) are non-refundable and chargeable at its original price should the original purchase be returned. (e.g If you purchased the Woosa Mattress with a free pillow, the original price of the pillow [$149] will be deducted from your total refunded amount).
Return of the Woosa Mattress / Woosa Pillow ONLY:
100% refund minus the cost of any Gifts with Purchases (if any)
For return of Woosa Adjustable Base ONLY:
A restocking fee is chargeable at $250 for the disassembly and transportation of the bed. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
For return of Single Product Purchased in a Bundle Discount:
Bundle discounts will not be extended should the customer choose to return only a portion of their order:
Queen size adjustable base bundle price: $3103.20
Queen Adjustable Base: $1,699
Queen Headboard and Side Frame: $250
Queen Original Mattress: $1,499

Adjustable base will be charged in full: $1,949
Refund Amount: $3103.20 - $1,949 = $1,154.20
For return of Split king adjustable base and bundle:
A total restocking fee of $500 is chargeable for the return of a Split-King adjustable base. A total restocking fee of $750 is chargeable for the return of a Split-King adjustable base with 2 Single mattresses. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
Customized headboard and sideframes are non-refundable.
Only products purchased on the Woosa offical site are eligible for the 100-night free trial. All products purchased on third party platforms (ie Lazada and Shopee) will have to follow respective platform's return process and policy.
- Products must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors).
- Products shipped outside of Singapore are not eligible for return
- Only the original purchaser is eligible for a return
- Customers may return a maximum of one (1) mattress and one (1) pillow, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. please try one mattress/pillow first!)
- If one mattress or pillow is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for the Woosa Free Trial on subsequent orders of the Woosa mattress/pillow.
- Only items at the original billing or shipping address will be eligible for the return
- For the Woosa Adjustable Base Only: A restocking fee is chargeable at $250 for the disassembly and transportation of the bed. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
- The Woosa Adjustable Base will not be eligible for a return if the adjustable base has been mishandled whether in transit or by other means, subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any way inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner's Manual
- You may incur a replacement charge for returning products that do not meet our Return Conditions. For a full list of our replacement costs, please refer our our price list here.
All returned mattress and pillows will be donated to partnering charitable organizations, or disposed of responsibly. We never sell returned or used mattresses/pillows.
If you would like to return your Woosa product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return pick up. You do not need to retain the original box packaging, nor the included accessories to be eligible for a return.
